All prices are displayed Canadian funds
and are subject to applicable
taxes. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer returns
or exchanges on livestock or dry goods.
In the event of a problem, please present it to us
in a timely fashion and we will consider a
resolution. All distributed products come with full
Manufacturer's Warranty. All dry goods are
accurately represented and are brand new, unless
clearly specified otherwise. Most MIDWEST
Tong.com equipment is hand made and may vary in size
or shape to a small degree.
Livestock
Shipping is available within Canada, to your nearest
airport, via Air Canada Cargo. Niagara Reptiles
reserves the right to delay shipments during extreme
weather conditions (hot or cold) for the safety
of the animals being transported. We are confident
in our shipping practices and have a flawless
shipping record around the globe. We guarantee
live, healthy and accurately sexed animals (if
applicable) upon arrival, however, we do not offer
a guarantee on disposition/temperament. If
temperament is a concern, please be sure to
mention it ahead of time and available animals can
be narrowed down to fit your preferences. If for
some reason there is a dispute with the shipment,
it must be reported to us via PHONE or FAX within
24 hours of arriving at the destination airport.
After this 24 hour time period the transaction
is considered final and our liability ends. This
guarantee is only valid provided the shipment
is picked up and opened within four (4) hours
of arrival at the destination airport. Exceptions
to any of the above conditions may occur in special
situations, but must be laid out and agreed upon
by both Niagara Reptiles and the purchasing party
before hand. Communication is important!
Please be sure to make us aware of any concerns
you may have.
A 25% deposit can be made to
reserve/hold any animals we have available. The
final price agreed on at the time of deposit will
be honoured within the constraints of the deposit
agreement. We do not accept deposits for animals
that have not yet hatched/been born. Deposits
are non-refundable. Please be sure you are seriously
interested before you place a deposit. Payment
in full must be received within 30 days of the
initial deposit, after which time the deposit
agreement becomes void (unless other arrangements
have been made). For more expensive purchases,
an extended payment plan may be available, please
inquire for more information.
Dry
Goods
Dry Goods (with the exception of Shipping
Boxes) are shipped by Canada Post through out
Canada. All orders are well packed, however, we do
not offer any guarantee beyond that of Canada
Posts terms of service. SHIPPING IS BILLED AT
COST. We do not inflate our shipping quotes
to cover anything more than what Canada Post has
quoted before the shipment is booked. Please
inquire for an exact price quote. Don't
forget to include your postal code and the items you are
requesting to be shipped.

payment Payment must be received in
full prior to shipping. The following methods
of payment are accepted within Canada; Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, Bank Draft/Money Orders, Cheque,
and EMT's (Email Money Transfer) for purchases
under $1000. Please allow several weeks for personal
cheques to clear. All credit card
transactions must be authorized by fax or phone. |
