For urgent issues, we suggest you contact us by phone (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST/EDT). We return all phone messages in a timely fashion (often within twenty minutes if calling during business hours), so please don't forget to include your name and phone number where you can be reached. We may not be available to take your call on weekends and Holidays, but it never hurts to try. Thank you!

Please note that we do not have a public facility, therefore visits/meetings are not usually available. If you wish to view available animals it is best scheduled at trade shows we attend. Always inquire well in advance.
